Good morning mamsh! Oo talaga, yan ang pinaka-struggle part ng third trimester, ako din noong 35-36 weeks, sobrang sakit ng likod at puson, parang ang baby ay tumayo sa lahat ng sensitive spots haha. The insomnia is real din, kaya iba ang pagod when you're that far along, lalo na kapag uncomfortable ka palagi. A few of us mums tried sleeping on our left side with a body pillow between the knees, at it helped a bit sa back pain, pero honestly the best thing I did was ask my OB about it during my check-up, she gave me some safe stretches at reassured me it's totally normal. Kaya mo na yan mamsh, almost there na!
