Ob-gyne's Advice and Recommendations

Good day mga mommies and soon to be mommas! I'm a licensed Ob-Sono, yung sister ko (Soon to be mommy na din) is a member here sa app/group na to. She always shares or asked me yung mga questions dito sa app sakin and one thing I notice here maraming mommies ang takot mag take ng Cefuroxime (antibiotic) lalo na yung my mga UTI. A piece of advice please don't hesitate to take Cefuroxime or other Medication lalo na if you have UTI or infections. I have a lot of patients na magtatanong or babalik why their babies have complications after birth and most of the mom's admit na they're scared to take Meds which is it helpful for the infections like UTI, vaginal yeast and other infections. We don't recommend any medication na harmful sa health ng baby and sa mother. Please monitor your health and always consult your doctor before taking any medication while you're pregnant, don't hesitate to consult an OB if you know na pregnant ka. If you're tight on the budget you can go to center which they have a public Obgyne. Have a great day mommies and hoping for your safe delivery. 😊

Doc ask ko lang po safe po bamg gamitin yong BIO-OIL for prevention of stretchmarks, 26 weeks pregnant here po. Sana po masagot kung safe po kay baby habang nsa tummy ko po siya. thank you in advance.

Hello doc, out of the topic po, may focal myometrial contraction daw po ako base sa tvs ko during my 11weeks, ano po kaya ibig sabihin non? Wala man po kasing inexplain sakin Ob ko, sana po masagot.

Doc.ask ko Lang po noong una ko pong ultrasound 6 weeks 3 days Sabi po fetal death 0.62cm laki ni baby pero Hindi Naman po ako dinudugo at nagcracramps so nagpasecond opinion after 2 weeks, 8 weeks na SI baby 1.62cm po lumaki Siya sa ultrasound no cardiac activity Wala Naman po akong nararamdaman kung Patay na po SI baby bakit lumalaki parin po at Wala Naman dugo or pain po.Sabi nila iraraspa po ako Hindi po ako pumunta Hoping po na baka late lang po Yung Heartbeat ni baby baka po may case po kayong Ganito Doc Salamat po sa pagsagot po .

its a good thing pala na hindi ako natakot inomin yung mga antibiotics na nireseta sakin ng OB ko. 😊 pero doc may iba pa po ba akong pwedeng gawin aside sa bedrest. mababa daw kasi cervix ko.

Hi doc, may UTI din po ako nung 10weeks ako. Tapos binigyan ako ng amoxicillin ng OB ko then pinabalik ako after a week. natapos ko yung antibiotic ko pero nung nag urinalysis ulit ako, mas lalong tumaas infection. Naging 23-25 na dating 10-13 lang.

1st time mom? Pag 1st timer around 20 weeks mo talaga mararamdaman. Did you undergo na sa ultrasound?

What kind of pananakit? Cramps ba? Or hyperacidity?

Hello doc, nireseta din yan ng OB ko dahil nagka UTI din po ako. 2 time a days ko tinitake. Pero, hanggang ngayon bumalik po uti ko, ano po need gawin?

Yes, nag ccause ito ng pre term labor na we should be aware. Ang hirap pag bumalik sayo si patient ikaw ang tatanungin or worst sisihin bakit my complications si baby.

tanong lang po, oke lang po ba uminom ng Ritemed bcomplex para ugat , hndi po ba sya masama sa buntis na 5months na .
