Menstruation

Good day! I had sex last August 4 while on my period, August 2 is the last day of my pills. Is it safe? Hindi ko na nasundan ang panibagong pack ng pills coz I have no contact with my husband since then up to now. I started another pack of pills last Thursday Sept 10 and have my period this morning.
