Nighttime potty training

Good afternoon everyone! I would like to ask when you started potty training your kids at night? My son is 5 years old and we still let him wear diaper at night when he sleeps. How did ypu do it and when did you do it?

We started to potty train her nung turning 3 na sya, pag day, hindi ko na sya sinusuotan ng diaper, at lagi ko sya tinatanong kung nawiwi or poop sya. Hanggang sa sya na umaayaw sa diaper pag magsleep sya ayaw nya n magdiaper kaya nung 3years old n sya marunong na sya.
