Honestly, frequent headaches during pregnancy ay common na, marami sa amin ang nakaramdam especially around this time, pero I'd really suggest checking with your OB just to be sure, could be dehydration, hormones, or blood pressure changes, and mas okay kung ma-confirm lang ng doctor. Try namin dito drinking more water throughout the day, resting when you can, and avoiding too much screen time, kasi some of my preggy friends found those helpful. Keep safe, mamsh!
