Ahhh twins, how exciting! Honestly the early signs are quite similar to normal pregnancy, morning sickness, tiredness, tender breasts, but a few of us mums found out about twins because the symptoms were extra intense, like the nausea was really bad or the belly grew much faster than expected. But the only real way to know for sure is via ultrasound lah, so make sure you go see your gynae early and let them know if you suspect twins (especially if got family history on your side).
