Gaano ka effective ang acupuncture? Kahit ba serious illness kaya nyang gamutin?

It's main purpose is to better the blood flow but it can't guarantee to cure a serious sickness like cancer, hiv, etc. Much better to go to a medical specialist. Acupuncture is an alternative only and shouldn't be the first option.
