Hi there! A few of us with G6PD babies have tried different formulas and the main thing our paediatricians always say is that standard cow's milk-based formulas like Enfamil A+ and Similac are generally fine, G6PD is more about avoiding certain foods, medications, and chemicals rather than specific formula brands. That said, one of my mum friends swears by Similac for her G6PD girl and mentioned Similac Tummy Care worked well when her baby had some digestive sensitivity on top of everything else. HiPP Organic has also come up a fair bit among us as a gentler option, though do note it's not suitable if your baby also has dairy allergy or sensitivity. The key triggers to watch out for are things like menthol, certain Chinese herbs, and specific medications rather than the formula itself, so most standard formulas should be safe. That said, every baby is different, so it's really worth checking with your paediatrician or a specialist to confirm what works best for your little one!
