2nd trimester nausea?

Hi all, ftm here. Understand that nausea normally happens during 1st trimester. However, is it normal to constantly feel nauseous in 2nd trimester ? My nausea only happens in the evening.

Im on my 2nd trimester and still have nausea every now and then that caused me lost appetite so i guess its normal
