Dinudugo after ng regla

Hi mama! Totally normal yan, don't worry. After CS, most of us bleed for around 3-6 weeks, pero some mums (including a few of us) had light bleeding that dragged on closer to 2 months, especially if you're active or carrying heavy loads. The first few days talaga ang heavy with big clots, pero after that it becomes more like a light period na off and on lang. What matters is kung paano ka nag-feel overall, kung wala kang signs ng infection like fever, foul smell, or dizziness, then you're likely okay pa. But definitely check with your OB on your next visit para ma-confirm, kasi bawat recovery is different and better safe than sorry!
