Discharge

FTM . So I have this yellow like discharge , It has a smell but not so bad , it makes me so uncomfortable that I have to change panty liners or underwear from time to time , like 10 panty liners a day,plus kht madikit lng ung underwear ko parang masakit dunno how to describe it but I think it's not normal right ? what should i do ? my oby is not responding ☹️
