FTM, encountered hemerrhoid at my Week 18 for about 2 weeks now. Anyone experience the same and how you deal with it? 🤕

Mine didn’t hurt so I just let it be, it fell off during labour. If it hurts, can try to push it back in. Get stool softener so you don’t have to strain and push in case it comes out again.
