Hi mama! So formula-fed babies usually poop anywhere from once a day to a few times a day, so once a day is generally okay, pero yung redness at straining kailangan i-monitor talaga. If baby seems uncomfortable or struggling lagi, best to check with your pediatrician para ma-rule out kung hindi lang constipation or kung kailangan ng adjustment sa formula; some babies do better with different brands or formulations.
