Folic Acid?

Hi folks, Do you guys still eat folic acid daily? I hear different views from people around me. Some say only first 3months, some say need to eat throughout pregnancy. What's your take?

Take folic acid only up till 12 weeks. Anything after that will be obumin and fish oil from 2nd tri till birth.

2nd trim onwards i only took prenatal vits, fish oil n calcium.
