Ano po magandang brand ng breast pump ?

Hi mama! Ang breast pump talaga ay personal preference kasi depende sa lifestyle mo, a few of us moms prefer the electric ones like Medela or Spectra kasi hands-free and mas convenient kung busy, pero ang iba naman swear by manual pumps like Philips Avent dahil portable at mas affordable. I'd say mag-research ng reviews online, check kung ano ginagamit ng mum friends mo, at siguro try to borrow muna if possible before mag-invest, kasi baka hindi mo gusto ang brand na bumili ka haha, ang main thing is pick one na comfortable para sa iyo at kaya mong gamitin consistently!
