Aw, congratulations sa baby mo! 178 BPM is actually on the higher end but not necessarily abnormal, FHR can vary a lot depending on how far along you are, kung nagiging active ang baby, or kung kaunting nervous ka during the ultrasound hehe, so best to just ask your OB about it sa next check-up para ma-ease your mind. A few of us mums had similar readings and everything turned out fine, but since this is your first time, definitely mention it sa doctor so they can explain kung normal lang sa gestational age mo or kung kailangan lang i-monitor closer.
