Eh I've heard a few of my preggie friends complain about this too, macam perut jadi "trembling" or spasming gitu! Usually it's just Braxton Hicks contractions (practice contractions la) atau baby kicking keras-keras, especially at 31 weeks when he/she dah besar and stronger. Tapi since it's something baru for you, better check with your gynae just to be sure everything's okay, better safe than sorry, kan, especially first baby. Mmg boleh sebab baby position berubah or you might be dehydrated jugak, so drink more water and relax. How long does it last usually?
