Eh sayang, those symptoms memang common dalam early pregnancy lah! Backache, fever feeling, and headaches boleh happen sebab hormonal changes and your body adjusting to pregnancy. A few of my mum friends also complained pasal the same thing during their first trimester. But since it's your first time, best check with your doctor or midwife just to be sure everything is okay and rule out anything else, especially kalau the fever feeling is strong or symptoms getting worse. Jangan worry too much, most of the time it's just normal pregnancy stuff!
