Weaning Off Breastfeeding Toddler

Hi its my first time trying to wean off my exclusively bf 18months baby. He eats and drinks well. Any tips or tricks? He never had a bottle as im a sahm I just latch on demand. He have a straw bottle now. Only drinks plain water. I ever poured fresh milk he drinks a little and will still look for boobs.
