First time pumping

Is first time pumping suppose to be painful ? Kind of taken aback and shock by the suction, even using the lowest mode. Is it normal to feel pain when pumping first few times? And youll get used to it ?

it is! mine was so painful at first, lasted for a few weeks and body slowly get adjusted. try to adjust tohe power mode and increase it slowly as you pump.
