Is it normal to have spotting during 6 weeks of pregnancy?

First time Po namin ni hubby kaya nagpunta kami sa hospital for lab test and my vitals are normal Naman Sabi ni doc it could be implantation bleeding or threatened miscarriage. Kung may similar experience Po kayo can you share Po how do you cope up with it?
