Aw, first time talaga napakakaba! From what I've heard from a few of my mum friends, sometimes babies just have upset tummies dahil sa milk, normal lang yan, lalo na if he's otherwise acting okay. Ang importante talaga is to watch kung kumakain pa sya ng well, sleeping okay, and walang fever; kung ganyan, usually hindi serious. What you should keep an eye on though: if he keeps vomiting, or if ang diarrhea ay tumatagal ng days, or if nakikita mo sya na very dry ang lips or walang pee for a long time, those are signs na kailangan na ng doctor. Also, make sure sya ay naka-hydrate pa rin, especially ngayon na may diarrhea. Someone in my mum group mentioned na good to keep offering milk or water in small amounts rather than big feeds. Since it's his first time, it's definitely best to check in with your pediatrician lang para peace of mind mo, they'll want to know kung may fever sya or if anything else feels off, kaya huwag mag-atubiling tawagan!
