Hello! First time mom po ako, nagpositive si baby ko sa G6PD sa Newborn Screening. Ask ko po if sino na nakapag confirmatory dito then nag negative sa baby sa G6PD? Sana masagot! Thank you :) #ftm #G6pd

Hay, nervous ka siguro! Honestly, it's better to follow up with your pediatrician or the hospital where they did the screening, they can do the confirmatory test and explain kung ano talaga ang results, kasi sometimes may false positives pa sa newborn screening. A few of us had similar scares, and nakita namin na ang second test ay nag-clarify ng everything, so don't worry too much yet! Keep me posted, mommy, and definitely tag your pedia on this one para sure na makasiguro kayo.
