Rashes after Vaccination

First time Mom here. Medyo OA when it comes to my son's health. My son is 4 months old, after getting pentavalent vaccine and pneumococcal conjugate vaccine he slowly got a rash. I don't know if this rash is normal, what to do po ba?

Ay, hindi ka OA, mama, sobrang normal mag-alala sa baby! Pero since may rash siya after vaccines, please call your pediatrician or puntahan agad kayo ng clinic para sure lang, okay? Hindi kami dapat mag-assume dito, lalo na sa babies. The doc will check if it's just a mild reaction or something na kailangan i-monitor. Keep the area clean and cool muna while you wait to see them. You're doing great worrying about him like this!
