Hi, any first time mom has baby head not turned yet at 30 Weeks? How to make baby turn head down?

as weird as it might sound, i was told by the sonographer to talk to the baby while gently massage your belly and do more walking (at a pace you're comfortable, dont rush).
yes normal mine only turned at week 34
There is no way we can turn it.
