Hello mga momsh! I just wanted to ask if I'm the only mom here whose baby has this poop color?

First time mom here, my baby is already 3 months since November 23 and naka mix feeding po sya, since nag 1 month sya dark green na yung poop nya but ngayon medyo nag iba yung pagkagreen nya but same texture. Is it normal din ba yung amoy ng poop nya medyo foul na ? Dito po muna ako mag ask bago ko po sya ipacheck up.
