First time IE!!

Aww congrats mama, you're almost there na! Yup, IE can be uncomfortable talaga, some of my mum friends said it feels like intense period cramps or pressure down there, kaya don't worry, it's totally normal at 37+ weeks na kayo. Just make sure you're resting, staying hydrated, and if the pain gets really unbearable or you're worried, better to call your OB lang para peace of mind. You've got this, mama!
