Ano pong mga requirements na kailangang ihanda sa panganganak ?

Ay congrats sa first pregnancy mo! Dami talaga ng kailangan, pero don't worry, a lot of us first-time moms felt the same overwhelm, haha. The basic kailangan mo: hospital documents (ID, insurance, prenatal records), comfortable clothes na easy to remove, toiletries, phone charger, maternity pads (yung malaki talaga ang kailangan!), newborn clothes in different sizes, at important contact numbers. One of my mum friends din nag-prepare ng birth plan written down para alam ng hospital kung ano preferences niya, at honestly it helped sya na ma-communicate agad. Talk to your OB din, bawat hospital may slightly different requirements, pero sila mag-guide sa iyo ng complete list so you won't miss anything!
