Depo user Normal lang po ba na Araw Araw may spotting/mahina na regla?

Oo, normal yan, lalo na first time mo with Depo! A few of us sa mom group namin, ganyan din ang experience nila sa simula, may spotting or light bleeding for weeks or even months habang nag-aadust ang body mo sa hormones ng injection. Usually it settles down after a few cycles, but if it's been going on for a while or sobrang heavy na, best to check with your OB kasi sometimes may adjustment na kailangan or baka need mo ng different method pa lang.
