Its my first night of using vaginal suppository Neo-penotran forte 200mgI have spotting cause daw ay vaginal infection fungal hyphae i am currently 5months pregnant. pag gamit ko kagabi ng neo penotran ang itchy, burning feeling, and bigla ako nagkaroon ng big discharge madaming discharge na dugo. Is it normal? Does it mean ba na effective yung gamot at nilalabas nya yung infection? not sure if ituloy ko kasi iba pakiramdam ko e mas dumami spotting ko after iinsert. sana may mag reply po. Please correct me if Im wrong

So from what I've gathered sa amin, ang Neo-Penotran Forte is generally safe in pregnancy, maraming mums actually got prescribed yan ng OBs nila for infections, kahit 7 months pa lang, pero the spotting and discharge increase after insertion ay something to watch closely. A few of us noticed na may heavier discharge talaga pagkatapos mag-insert, kaya siguro that's partly the med doing its job releasing the infection, pero kung talagang madami ang dugo (beyond spotting), it's worth observing for the next few days like what your OB would suggest. Kung after 4 days hindi pa rin bumaba or lalo pang lumaki ang bleeding, I'd say don't hesitate to message your doctor agad, hindi worth the stress when you're 5 months along. The burning and itchiness might settle down after the first few nights, but honestly, since you're feeling off about it, best to ring up your OB or specialist para makasiguro lang na lahat okay with your situation specifically, ha? They'll know better kung mag-continue or adjust.
