Sakit perut

Alamak, sakit perut macam period pain especially pukul 4 pagi tu memang boleh bikin paranoid lah! Since you're a first mum, I'd really suggest you check with your doctor or midwife just to be safe, could be normal stretching or Braxton Hicks depending on how far along you are, but better to get it checked out properly rather than worry. A few of my mum friends went through similar scares and the doctors put their minds at ease once they saw everything was fine, so jangan risau and just ring your clinic okay!
