Hi mama! White spots on baby's gums can be a few things, sometimes it's just milk buildup or thrush (yeast infection), which is super common sa newborns especially if breastfeeding. I'd suggest checking with your pedia just to be sure kung ano exactly yan, kasi they can easily identify it and give you the right treatment if needed. A few of us moms had similar concerns and it turned out to be nothing serious, but better safe to have it confirmed, especially since baby is still so young!
