Lala hotpot?

Hi fellow mummies, first time mum here currently 13 weeks pregnant. Can I have lala hotpot and just drink the soup and other ingredients without eating the lala(clams)?

Hi mommy! For me, I did eat lala hotpot during pregnancy but I make sure it is fully cooked, and no alcohol like hua tiao wine contains in the soup. Of course, don’t forget to eat more greens and drink more water! 😊
