Hi mama! At 8 months, most of us do around 2-3 breastfeeds a day plus 2-3 solid meals with snacks in between, pero honestly it really depends on your baby's appetite at this point. Since mixed feeding ka, I'd say follow your little one's cues lang, kasi bawat baby different talaga; a few of us moms noticed na mas gana sa solids, mas konti sa breast, or vice versa, so wala na talaga fixed pattern. Best mag-check with your pedia though para sa personalized advice based sa weight gain at development ng baby mo!
