Normal yan kung di ka buntis pero since preggy ka, it's borderline to GDM na kasi as you go along your pregnancy, mags spike talaga ang blood sugar mo kaya dapat ngaun palang, control your sweets and carbs intake less rice, bread and starchy food para ngaun pa lang mai manage mo na blood sugar mo. Napaka harmful ng uncontrolled BS sa buntis, high risk for preterm and still birth. Had to learn it the hard way. 😔

yes po, for me, it is normal. hanggang 5.84 daw po ang normal based jan sa sinend nyo.
