Any one experience pain at breast? ive engorgement for quite awhile n now after i pump 1h ltr i feel pain at my breast and i can literally feel my milk ducts haha. when i pump I'll pump until breast feels soft n not hard. shld i be concern? i just finished my antibiotics given by gp to prevent infection from engorgement
