Exclusive pumping momma here, 9 months pp. Bm lang gatas ni lo. Is it normal po na hindi pa nireregla at this time? And hindi po ba agad agad nabubuntis yung ganito? Sana masagot thanks.
Uy, yes yan normal talaga, lalo na kung exclusive pumping ka pa, marami sa amin na pumping moms ang delayed period kasi ang prolactin from pumping really suppresses ovulation! But it varies, ha, some of my mum friends got their period back by 6 months, iba naman 12+ months depende sa frequency ng pumping mo. Hindi ka agad guaranteed babuntis pag walang period yet, pero it's not impossible either kaya safer pa rin to use protection if hindi ka ready sa baby number 2. Best talaga i-check with your OB though para ma-rule out any other concerns, especially kung worried ka talaga.
