Hi mama! Ay, please don't take expired supplements, better safe than sorry talaga, lalo na pang iron. I'd suggest checking with your doctor or pharmacist kung pwede pa ba, pero kung 06-24 na ang expiration date, mas better mag-get ng fresh batch na lang para walang worry. Your health and baby's health (if pregnant ka man) matter most!
