Pregnancy right after D&C

hi everyone,..i just want to ask if anyone here experienced..pregnancy right after Miscarriage D&C... not even got the first period?... am now 3.5 weeks past D&C. got my negative UPT on 17 days past D&C. felt off for last 5 days..and tested UPT yesterday and this morning (first urine) and the test is negative..but just now at 4pm i think i got faint line..but am not sure...i attached pic below...
