Pwede ba ilipat from freezer to refrigerator?

Uy mama, congrats sa first baby! Para sa food safety talaga, best practice is hindi na i-thaw then refreeze, once na thawed, mas mabilis maubos ang bacteria. So kung half na nila-thaw mo na sa ref, I'd say consume within 2-3 days na lang to be safe, hindi na yung full 5-7 days. A few of us moms learned this the hard way, hehe! Better safe than sorry with baby's food kasi. Next time, maybe thaw lang what you need for that day sa ref overnight para walang risk. You're doing great asking!
