Hi everyone, did home pregnancy test with positive faint line and I thought I'm on my week 5th of pregnancy, but now I am experiencing a bit of heavy flow and this came out from me. Is this is a sign of miscarriage? Or I am really not pregnant? Thank you! Sorry for the photo (graphic content)

sign of miscarriage napo pag my tissue na blood lumalabas sa inyo.. i think pregnant po talaga kayu and nag miscarriage kana po,kusa nalang lumabas sa inyo.. ganyan dinpo case ko last time
