Continues fever

Hello everyone. Been in bed for 2 days kasi sobrang sakit ng katawan at ang init ng pakiramdam ko. I can't go to the hospital now kasi iswab test ka nila and kapag positive agad na isolation. What advice can you give for me to recover from this headache and body pain. Thank you#pleasehelp
