Fingers and toes pain postpartum

Ever since I gave birth and breastfed my baby, sumasakit bones ko sa fingers and toes every now and then. Caused by breastfeeding ba siya? Iberet lang postnatal meds ko. Do i need calcium? Anyone else experiencing the same?
