Pumping schedule

Hi EP mummies, my LO is 9mth. May i know how many times do u pump a day and wat is ur pumping schedule like? #advicepls

It actually depends on you. Like how long you intend to bf your baby. If you’re planning to stop soon, maybe can decrease. However if ure planning to continue, I think 6 pumps a day is a good amount so u don’t lose your supply!

My baby is 9mo too. I pump 4x a day. 6am,12pm, 5pm, 10pm
