during confinement, the practice is we cannot shower, but I still do every 2 days with herbs. so if I wanna DL my baby do I have to wash my breast everytime she wanna feed? or do you just latch straight away without cleaning your nipple? and also how to deal with leaking at night as I don't wear a bra so my shirt and bed is all wet.
