A few of us from the mum group went through the same thing, and honestly ang best advice was to just keep monitoring baby's movements; as long as may regular kicks at normal activity, it's usually a good sign na okay lang siya inside. The doctors will likely want to check your cervix at your next visit to see kung ready na or if induction might be needed, kaya don't stress too much just yet. In the meantime, light walking, staying hydrated, and resting really help, some mums swear na gentle movement makes a difference. Of course, best to chat with your OB about a monitoring plan or timeline for next steps, kasi every pregnancy is different and they'll know what's best for your situation.
