Does nipple shield really helps? Which brand is the best. I am most scared of breastfeeding as i had a bad experience when i breastfed my firstborn. The skin torn. Im now 8 mths pregnnt. Do i need to buy nipple cream as well?

Mommy much better if wala nipple shield. Kasi di matuto si baby ng proper latch. Proper latch is the key to successful breastfeeding. Mas mabilis magheal kapag direct latch sa kanya. Or patakan mo ng breastmilk yung part na may sugat. Sakin naexperience ko pa nagdugo yung nipples ko.

I used pigeon nipple shield because I've short nipple. Didn't use any cream
