Nose bleed
does anyone know if Tcm or child massage etc help with toddler nose bleed? Or any other treatment to reduce the frequency?

I really feel you on this, seeing your little one get nosebleeds so often is genuinely stressful, and it's completely understandable you're looking at every option. From what I've heard, paediatric Tuina (the TCM child massage) is quite commonly recommended for this, as it's gentle and non-invasive, so many parents feel comfortable trying it for toddlers. My neighbour brought her child to a TCM clinic for it and said the practitioner also explained that nosebleeds in kids after age three are actually quite common due to how their nose structure develops, which helped put her mind at ease a bit. A few mums I know found it helpful for reducing frequency over time, though some felt the results were gradual and needed patience. It's definitely worth also checking in with your paediatrician or an ENT specialist alongside any TCM treatment, just to rule out any underlying causes and get a fuller picture for your child.
