Did any mummies here take the milkmaid tea to boost milk supply? Is it effective or any side effect( like cause any harm to baby )?

I did take when I was breastfeeding but it didnt really work for my supply. Not sure about side effects but my baby was ok. Organic coconut oil was my milk booster.
