Suspected IUGR in 28th week scan

Just did my 28th week growth scan and it appears my baby is not growing as much as it should be... lagging by 1-2 weeks. Doctor suggested that I’m a IUGR case and did some blood tests for me for further investigation in the next two weeks. Doc mentioned that if baby is not growing well, I may need to deliver sooner... what else can I do to improve the condition? Am v worried about baby’s development
